Terms & Conditions
1) All good(s) sold are non-refundable.
2) Accessories like earrings and bags are non-exchangeable.
3) All good(s) are limited and exclusive so order is on a first come first served basis. Good(s) are not restockable, unless otherwise.
4) All our prices are nett and priced in Ringgit Malaysia (RM). Shipment charges to the destination are excluded and will be charge separately. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
5) Slight colour variations may occur due to different flash of the camera or monitor’s settings.
6) We reserve the rights to decline if the ordered item is out of stock at the time of payment has been made and we will refund the full amount paid in due course.
7) Good(s) will be reserved for 2 working days. Good(s) will be release if no payment were received after 2 working days.
8) Once confirmed, considered SOLD. Reservations are considered as confirmed orders. No cancellation allowed.
9) We accept payments via Public Bank ATM Fund Transfer, Online Bank Fund Transfer or Bank in through Cash Deposit machine. Please allow 1-2 working days for payment clearance to our account.
10) All items will be delivered via Pos Laju.
11) We will ensure all the products are in good condition before send out. All clothes are in brand new condition.
12) We will not be responsible for any damaged at the point of the goods are in transit and arrived at your goodself.
13) We are not responsible in any loss of items during the delivery.
